The weekend of December 6 + 7 is a busy one in Wellington.  SHED is happy to be participating in the first ever Holiday Market at the Drake Devonshire.  Inspired by European outdoor markets, The Drake Devonshire gets into the spirit of things with an afternoon-to-evening market in their Pavilion  (enclosed but unheated, wear your coat), We are part of a small group of curated vendors offering everything from edibles to wearables.  There will be hot mulled wine, refreshments, twining lights and, of course, Christmas carols.  The fun starts at 3pm until 9pm Saturday and Sunday.  We hope to see you there but if you can't were also at Busy Hands the following weekend December 13 + 14.  This popular show began a few years ago, when local artists got together to showcase local wares in their kitchens and living rooms for the winter season.  With more than 30 participants the show is moving to the Wellington Arena this year to accommodate even more participants.   It is one of the most anticipated craft shows in Prince Edward County all year.
