Shipping & Returns
At Chetwyn Farms – We value the “hand-made” nature of all the items we create or curate for our collections and hope you do too! We set high standards while working with both local and international designers, fibre mills and artists. We know however that returning or exchanging an item might sometimes be necessary. Hand-made items are especially unique, so please consider this aspect of the item before a return. If however you want to return or exchange an item(s)… we're happy to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your item(s) for store credit or exchange (We will pay for return shipping!,
or you can return (at customers expense) for a full refund of the items back to the original payment method less any shipping charges from the original order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging when included
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Exchange & Return Policy
Please allow 5-7 business days for credit where applicable
Shipping: We ship exclusively by Canada Post and cannot guarantee the arrival of orders other than what Canada post states in their website. In most domestic shipping this 5-10 business days. International orders are subject to duty and clearance and out of the hands of the shipper once it leaves Canada
Customer pays shipping charges to return an item
Chetwyn Farms will pay return shipping costs on exchanges or gift card purchases
There is a minimum stocking fee of the original shipping costs if an item is returned but may be waived at time of refund.
Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded
