Before You Visit

☀️ Weather may affect hours - Alpacas may not be outdoors in extreme weather
📅 We recommend calling ahead or checking social media for daily updates
🎨 The SHED studio may close during inclement weather

What's On at The SHED Studio

Discover rotating art exhibitions and pop-up shops featuring local artists and makers throughout the season. View current and upcoming exhibitions.

A Word About Farm Etiquette

We enjoy sharing our passion for alpacas with our visitors, but we are NOT a petting zoo! Alpacas graze in pastures during the day and are not always close to the SHED shop. Please remember that dogs and other pets are not permitted on the grounds as they cause undue stress to alpacas who think they are predators. Visitors are reminded not to feed the alpacas, and smoking is never permitted.

A Word About Sustainability

Alpaca is sometimes compared to cashmere, which is not environmentally friendly and many people are allergic. Alpaca is sustainably sourced, easy on the environment, and hypoallergenic. Its fibres are also longer and less likely to pill. It even traps and releases heat, since it's a smart fibre.

Visiting Our Farm

Groups up to 15 people are welcome at our farm without prearrangement. Larger groups are asked to advise before visiting the farm to ensure adequate parking. Our farm is open to the public and there are no admission fees unless a specific group event, tour, or activity is pre-arranged. There are NO public restrooms at our farm.
