About this Workshop

Join us in the Studio Loft at Chetwyn Farms - our newly converted 1800s barn, where this small intimate group will work in an open, airy space with the instructor & chocolatier Angela Roest.  Watch alpacas in the nearby pastures from the floor to ceiling windows in the studio space.  This 2.5 hour workshop is followed by a hands-on “Alpaca Encounter”, a guided tour of the alpaca farm and the glorious fleece they produce.

Participants will receive email with full details including parking, suitable clothing, footwear etc., closer to workshop date.

This and other workshops presented at Chetwyn Farms are generously supported by The Province of Ontario and RTO9 Regional Tourism.

Oh so sweet!

It was a thrill to learn from Angela's words and experiences, given her background and awards. She was so approachable and natural. And all of the other lovers of chocolate made me feel like I am not the only chocolate fanatic. Thank you all! Kudos to Chetwyn Farms. Hope you can do other chocolate sessions in the future.

History, Tasting and Alpacas OH, MY!

Fabulous afternoon. I learned so much about the history of chocolate. The nuances of different origins and what that tastes like. The opportunity to make and take my own was wonderful.
