The thickest most comfy alpaca sock! Our Terry Sock is the ultimate in thickness! This is our warmest sock, made locally in Ontario from local fibre. “Stand in the snow” warmth, the terry sock is our most popular outdoor activities sock, and equally as a house sock/slipper. Thicker than most, this sock is a sheared cushion-looped terry inside knit alpaca with nylon for added strength and durability! Made in Canada exclusively for Chetwyn farms
*Perfect for diabetics & those suffering from foot neuropathy
A word about sock sizing & care - All our alpaca socks are UNISEX unless otherwise noted. Alpaca Terry Sock - Ultimate thickness!
I bought these for my husband at The SHED in Nov '22. He likes them almost as much as The Wellington work socks. Comfy for winter snow clearing, they don't fall down in his boots like other similar but more cheaply made socks. He's only worn them a few times--so far, so good--so I can't comment on their durability. I will say that, in hindsight, $48 is a lot to pay for a pair of socks and I really hope they will last as long as the last thick alpacas I bought in Newfoundland (which are 6+ years now with no sign of worn heels or toes). Thank you, SHED.
So soft and warm. These socks are comfortable and wear well.
