“How like a winter hath my absence been
From thee, the pleasure of the fleeting year”
William Shakespeare – Sonnet 97
Winter is upon us early this year at Chetwyn Farms. The alpaca love the early snowfall and colder temperatures after a long, hot and humid summer.
We look forward to the winter too - And holidays in the SHED – where we have created an alpaca farm experience like no other! Shop locally and ethically - with meaning this Christmas. Enjoy our curated collection of alpaca and alpaca related products.
For cold weather days choose from locally knit mittens & gloves, scarves, cowls, toques and hats. Keep warm and cozy on winter nights with a retro-hot water bottle or wrapped in a luxurious throw. Make a fashion statement with wraps, capes and chunky knit sweaters.
Remember the feathered friends this winter with a unique selection of fleece feeders and bird-seed holiday ornaments. Keep gardeners happy with our “SHED-SHIT”, gardeners soap and seed-packs expressly created for us based on our square foot gardening technique here on the farm.
An expanded collection of local maple syrup, jams, jellies, preserves & marmalade’s, bee’s-wax candles and a mouth-watering collection of chocolate from SOMA Chocolatiers. All waiting for you in our relaxed and peaceful farm setting.
