RETURNS
At Chetwyn Farms – We value the “hand-made” nature of all the items we create or curate for our collections and hope you do too! We set high standards while working with both local and international designers, fibre mills and artists. We know however that returning or exchanging an item might sometimes be necessary. Hand-made items are especially unique, so please consider this aspect of the item before a return.
If however you want to return or exchange an item(s)… we're happy to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your item(s) for store credit or exchange (We will pay for return shipping!, or you can return (at customers expense) for a full refund of the items amount refunded back to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging when included
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
DETAILS
- Please allow 5-7 business days for credit where applicable
- Customer pays shipping charges to return an item
- Chetwyn Farms will pay return shipping costs on exchanges or gift card purchases
- There are no return restocking fees the customer
- Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded
