Join us for a unique way to experience the relaxation, flexibility, and strength of yoga, among the beautiful alpacas at Chetwyn Farms.. Yogi's of all levels are welcome!
We are offering 4 dates: July 13, 27, Aug 10, 31. Be sure to purchase tickets for the specific date you plan to attend. These events are organized by Alison Kelly and tickets are only available by going to the event brite web site:
What to bring:
Bring a blanket or towel that you don’t mind laying on the ground
Your yoga mats (if you have one), sensible footwear
Lots of water and sunscreen as there is no shade.
We will be outside in the riding ring or inside the barn in case of less favourable weather.
There are no public washrooms available so we recommend you go before you arrive.
Classes start at 9:30 am. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before class as you will be required to sign a waiver.
We will be sharing our practice among the 3-5 alpacas, who will not climb on you, we promise! They tend to watch from afar, and only get closer when in savasana.
This is a gentle Hatha practice and you are more than welcome to take photos during the class. All we ask is you do so quietly to not spook the alpacas, nor disturb your classmates.
100% net proceeds will be going to a Prince Edward County not-for-profit and/or charity. This year's net proceeds will be going to Festival Players and Food For Learning
Cancellation Policy: with 100% net proceeds going to a local not-for-profit and/or charity, there are no refunds for no-shows. Classes that are cancelled by Alison and/or SHED will be fully refunded.
